The City of Saint-Rémi is pleased to organise once again this year the sixth edition of the Fiesta of Cultures to be held from 23 to 25 August 2013 on the site of the community center and the park “aux quatre vents” (25, rue Saint-Sauveur, Saint-Rémi). Admission is free for all.
The Fiesta of Cultures is based on the presence of foreign agricultural workers in our beautiful area to add an exotic flavor to our event.
For three consecutive days, the City of Saint-Remi will turn into a gathering place and cultural exchange. This period of festivities allows visitors to discover Latin America through food, dance, music, history and art. Indeed, there will be more than sixty exhibitors in the impressive market alley.
In addition, nearly a dozen shows are previously scheduled. The majority of these will be presented in a high arabesque double which allows viewers to be safe in inclement weather. In addition, an outdoor stage will also be moved to the end of the alley.
In addition to the various events planned a variety of activities will be made available to you: spaces rides, extreme area, children’s corner, volleyball tournaments, dance workshops, art demonstrations and exhibitions trial bikes. Finally, we should not forget our traditional Toma & Tina. The bravest will be able to challenge in a huge tomatoes animated war. In short, everyone will find his account.
