Mother Nature will be the queen. From 22 June to 29 September, the International Garden Festival celebrates its 14 years. At the heart of an area whose bucolic and rustic colors are sure to appeal to the public, twenty conceptual gardens spangle the river Saint Laurent with plant and colorful ornaments.

The International Festival celebrates the famous gardens, from June 22 to September 29, its 14th edition at Grand-Métis in Gaspésie.

Architects, landscape architects, designers and artists of international fame will proudly expose various creations, including six new issues from Canada, the United States, Brazil, France and even the Netherlands. Originate from Amsterdam, Johan Selbing and Anouk Vogel will encourage visitors to reflect on their relationship with nature through a new work entitled Courtesy of Nature.

IThey will also be invited to discover or rediscover their culinary heritage and garden through the Sacred Garden, an innovative creation stems from the will of four Paris and Montreal artists to encourage the return of heirloom vegetables on the shelves of grocery stores into our plates.

The public eye is sure to awaken against the work of two New York architects Nicholas Croft and Michaela MacLeod, Pink Punch. Filled with pink highlight, the trees will reveal their assets, including the metamorphosis of their feet armchairs whose elegance mingles easily with comfort.
